1. Eligibility: The Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to those who have registered a Beforepay account through the Beforepay app or website, have an active bank connection, and are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry. The giveaway is open to residents of Australia and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Beforepay Group Limited (the "Sponsor" or “Beforepay”) or its subsidiaries and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Terms: By participating, you acknowledge that you have read these Giveaway Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms. and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in clause 1. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Beforepay or its subsidiaries, as final and binding. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws.
3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about 8 December 2025 at 12:00AM and 11 January 2026 at 11:59 PM. All online entries must be received by 11 January 2026 at 11:59 PM. All times are (AEDT) Sydney. Beforepay does not accept any responsibility for entries to the Giveaway not received by Beforepay.
4. How to Enter: The Giveaway is open to new and existing Beforepay customers. For new customers, the Giveaway must be entered by downloading the Beforepay app, creating a Beforepay account and successfully connecting a bank account. For existing Beforepay customers, the Giveaway must be entered by opening the Beforepay app and having an active bank connection. Customers can enter each weekly draw one time. The entry must fulfil all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to these Terms may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Beforepay. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Terms. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Terms your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Beforepay.
5. The Draw: The winner(s) of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Beforepay. One (1) winner will be drawn weekly, every Monday, for five (5) consecutive weeks starting Monday 15 December 2025, until Monday 12 January 2026. The entrants do not need to be present at the draw.
6. Ineligible Entrants: The following individuals are ineligible to enter the Giveaway: Employees and volunteers (and their immediate family members) of agencies/companies directly associated with Beforepay, or any other organisation associated with Beforepay that may benefit from this Giveaway. Beforepay reserves the right to reject or cancel an entrant’s participation in this campaign without notice in the following circumstances:It believes an entrant is acting in a fraudulent, deceptive or misleading manner, or in contravention of any laws or regulations.An entrant’s conduct is in breach of any of Beforepay’s terms, conditions and/or policies, including these Terms. Beforepay closes a user’s account, or if the user is no longer a customer of Beforepay .Beforepay believes the security or quality of the Beforepay app or related services is or has the potential to be threatened or compromised. Beforepay believes that an entrant’s conduct may be detrimental to the reputation of Beforepay or its related entities.
7. Prizes: There will be five (5) unique winners being allocated a prize. Each of the five (5) prize winners will receive an e-gift voucher valued at three hundred Australian dollars ($300). You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Beforepay. No cash or other prize substitution or transfer/assignment of prize to others is permitted except at Beforepay’s sole discretion. The prize is non-transferrable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Beforepay to use the winner's name, statements, and entry for purposes of any media for future marketing or advertising purposes without further compensation or consent, unless prohibited by law.
8. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner notification: The winner will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address that they used for their Beforepay account within five (5) business days following the winner selection. Beforepay shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to the winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 28 days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and Beforepay will select an alternate winner. The receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditional upon compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL TERMS BY THE WINNER (AT THE BEFOREPAY’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
10. Rights Granted by you: By entering this Giveaway you understand that Beforepay, anyone acting on behalf of Beforepay, or its respective licensees, successors and assignees will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, personal information, or statements, for news, media, publicity, information, marketing, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation or consent.
11. Terms: Beforepay retains the right to, in its sole discretion and at any time, change or modify the Terms of the Giveaway to be effective immediately upon the uploading of the updated Terms to the Beforepay website. Beforepay reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway at any time, including but not limited to circumstances in which a virus, bugs, non-authorised human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such cases, Beforepay may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Beforepay. Beforepay reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Beforepay has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to disqualify an entrant for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Terms; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Beforepay reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.By entering the Giveaway you agree to receive email newsletters and communications periodically from Beforepay. You can opt-out of receiving marketing communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the Beforepay newsletter or any other promotional emails you may receive from Beforepay.

Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Beforepay and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.
13. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF NSW, AUSTRALIA. Beforepay reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Giveaway or claiming the prize, Beforepay will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. Beforepay’s decision will be final if a dispute cannot be resolved. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in NSW having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
